Our dear Yogi's are back from their Wellness Retreat in Bali, led by our senior Yoga Teacher Sue Byrne. They say it was "fun, warm and deeply transformational". "Unfortunately I have had to deal with something that no one should ever have to go through. I was numb, my mind started to overthink things, I had so much self doubt, lack of confidence and no motivation.
After a month or so I was determined to strengthen my mind and body. This was when I met Sue Byrne. I found that Sue had ignited my desire to practice yoga and start my journey. Sue's classes and retreat had allowed me to be distant from my negative thoughts, to connect to my better self and learn to be compassionate to myself and others.
