How Yoga will change your lifeYoga is a Sanskrit word meaning 'to yoke' or 'to unite', which connects the physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines that aim to transform the body and mind. Yoga is like a mirror to your life. It is a direct way to tune-in to how you are and how the environment is around you.
