Welcome to the Little Yogi's Club – where we inspire kids to live a healthy, active, and mindful life. Through yoga, we teach children to find calm, joy, and confidence in themselves, building resilience and self-awareness from an early age. We offer Yoga Classes across Perth's Day Care Centres and Schools, and Term Based Classes at YogaLife Centre in Karrinyup.

Our Classes
Our classes are designed with age-appropriate poses, playful themes, and engaging stories to make yoga fun and accessible for kids of all ages from 3 - 12 year old. These yoga classes are designed to work on the self-expression, body movement and exploration of each child. Through fun games, stories and guided relaxation children will not only have fun and learn about Yoga, but be equipped with mechanisms to practice mindfulness, self regulation and develop trust and create new friendships.
Here’s a look at the classes we offer:
• Tiny Yogi Tots (Ages 2-5)
Designed for Day Care Centres, this class is a gentle introduction to yoga through games, songs, and animal poses. Kids will develop balance, coordination, and social skills while having fun in a playful, structured environment.
• Little Monkeys (Ages 4-6)
A gentle introduction to yoga through games, songs, and animal poses. Kids will develop balance, coordination, and social skills while having fun in a playful, structured environment.
• Mindful Warriors (Ages 7-12)
For kids ready to explore deeper, this class introduces mindfulness, breathing techniques, and focus-building poses. We encourage creativity, confidence, and teamwork, fostering a positive, non-competitive space.

Classes are run by Certified Yoga Teacher Lizette, who is a mother of 2 little Yogi's and is passionate about teaching the future generation the wonderful teachings of Yoga, supporting child development, bringing fun, patience, and creativity to every class.
What to Expect in a Class
Our classes are 30-45 minutes long, and each class includes:
1. Warm-up: Simple stretches and breathing exercises
2. Themed Yoga Poses: Engaging poses that are fun and challenging
3. Play & Creativity: Games, stories, and partner poses
4. Cool Down: Gentle stretching and relaxation
5. Mindful Moment: A short guided mediation time to finish relaxed and refreshed!
FAQ for Parents
• What should my child wear? Comfortable clothing for movement, no shoes or socks during class.
• What should my child bring? Water Bottle. We provide mats, but they’re welcome to bring their own.
• How can I support my child at home? Encourage them to share their favorite poses and try some gentle breathing together.
